Michael C. Gross is a partner with Gross & Esparza, P.L.L.C., San Antonio, Texas. He was a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps from 1988-1992, is board certified in criminal trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and board certified in criminal law and criminal appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was the president of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association from 2021-2022 and was president of the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association from 2011-2012.
