31st Annual Judge David C. Guaderrama El Paso Criminal Law

This program is the premiere and long-established criminal law CLE for primarily El Paso-based criminal law practitioners. The Program is intended to provide CLE on the latest criminal law legal developments in Texas, trial advocacy instruction, and CLE on diverse criminal law issues, including federal court practice. Presenters include outstanding local practitioners, and frequent presenters with a statewide profile, including MEMBERS OF THE SBOT CJS LEADERSHIP TEAM, and judges from the Texas Criminal Court of Appeals. The program is held annually, the only exception being 2020 and 2021, where the COVID-19 pandemic prevented the planning of an event this size.
