TCDLA WILL COVER HOTEL COST AND REGISTRATION FEE! Attendees are responsible for calling the hotel making a room reservation in our block and guaranteeing the room. TCDLA will move the room to the direct bill upon attendees' arrival. In the event, you need to cancel attendees are responsible for canceling with the hotel. TCDLA will not pay no-show fees. This seminar will focus on handling juvenile cases with an emphasis on advocacy, mitigation and utilization of experts. The sessions will have experienced juvenile practitioners and juvenile advocates that will present advanced litigation strategies and practices to utilize zealous advocacy in understanding adolescent development. The goal of the presentation will be to improve overall juvenile representation.
