TCDLA proudly presents our third annual one-of-a-kind NHTSA DWI Investigation Super Course in San Antonio This 4-day course will combine education on SFST, ARIDE, and DRE. Most seminars split each of these 3 curricula into separate courses. TCDLA has combined all the NHTSA DWI Investigation courses into a one-time, one-place, educational opportunity. This extremely unique course is a MUST for any attorney that handles even ONE DWI case. SFST Curriculum and proper test procedures, and how to discredit it in court. Drug Recognition Evaluation, proper test. administration, Matrix and Face Sheet science, and in court strategies to combat the testing. ARIDE course and how to attack the government's case in trial. ARIDE is the current curriculum being used by police officers in detecting impaired driving involving alcohol and drugs.
