Lance has practiced criminal law exclusively since being licensed in 1991. He was an Assistant District Attorney in Tarrant County, Texas from 1991 – 1995. In 1996, he opened his office at Evans, Daniel, Moore, Evans and Lazarus in Fort Worth, where he represents citizens charged with crimes in State, Federal, and Juvenile courts. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law. He served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association from 2000 - 2006, and is currently on the Board of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Educational Institute. Lance has spoken at numerous seminars and is listed as a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly magazine.
