Katherine M. Mayer has a Masters in Forensic Psychology and is a licensed private investigator. She has been working in capital mitigation since receiving her graduate school, gaining experience with the Capital Defender of Northern Virginia and the Capital Litigation Unit of the Public Defender in Miami, Florida. She has been in private practice since January 2012. She is also a licensed private investigator and is willing to travel. Ms. Mayer is a member of the NLADA, FACDL, APA, AP-LS and Psi Chi, the national honor society in psychology and was awarded ACLU’s C. Clyde Atkins Civil Liberties Award in 2011.
