Susan Anderson
Susan Anderson is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Trial attorney with the Dallas County Public Defender's Office. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in Houston with degrees in Philosophy and Economics and from St. Mary's University College of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. She is a past President of the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. She has been a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association since 1996 and is now serving her second term on its Board of Directors. Susan is a frequent seminar lecturer on Family Violence and Crawford Issues and is on the faculty of the Texas Criminal Trial College in Huntsville, Texas.
Susan lives and works in Dallas, Texas, where she is an Assistant Public Defender with the Dallas County Public Defenders Office.
Edward Mallett
Ed is partner at the law firm of Mallett & Saper, L.L.P., in Houston. He is a Past President of, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association. He is a member of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers and on the faculty at the National Criminal Defense College. Ed is also a Life Member of the Texas Bar Foundation and the NORML Legal Committee. His State and Federal cases include defending against charges of capital murder, drug and sex offenses, and white collar crimes. He has also successfully tried and appealed a civil asset forfeiture case and, in collaboration with civil firms, successfully prosecuted a private “whistleblower” suit for fraud against the federal government.
Wm. Reagan Wynn
Wm. Reagan Wynn is a partner in Kearney | Wynn in Fort Worth. He received his BA in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and his JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School. After serving as a Briefing Attorney for the Honorable David Richards, Associate Justice of the Second Court of Appeals of Texas for one year, Reagan moved into private practice, which is limited to the representation of persons and business entities in criminal prosecutions and investigations. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to appellate and post-conviction habeas corpus representation. Reagan has been named by his peers to be listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2005 and is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbard. He has also been named as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly in 2003 and 2005-2008 and as one of the Top Attorneys in Fort Worth by Fort Worth, Texas magazine. Reagan serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and as co-chair of the Amicus Curiae Committee. Former president of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, he is a frequent lecturer on criminal law topics and has been on the faculty of the Criminal Trial Advocacy Institute/Texas Criminal Trial College since 2003.
