Lance Evans
Lance has practiced criminal law exclusively since being licensed in 1991. He was an Assistant District Attorney in Tarrant County, Texas from 1991 – 1995. In 1996, he opened his office at Evans, Daniel, Moore, and Evans in Fort Worth, where he represents citizens charged with crimes in State, Federal, and Juvenile courts. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association from 2000 - 2006, and has also served on the Executive Committee. He was President of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association in 2001. Lance has spoken at numerous seminars and is listed as a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly magazine.
Bob Hinton
Bob served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Dallas County, Texas, from 1973 to 1977 before entering private practice. He has served the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association in a number of capacities—Director, 1988–1995, Officer 1995–99, President 2000–2001—as well being a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers from 1979 to the present and the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (where he served as Director and Officer). Bob was a member of the State Bar Grievance Committee, ’79–’87 (Vice-Chair) and Special Assistant Disciplinary Counsel, Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline, 1992–2004. He’s been given Martindale-Hubble “A-V” rating, from eligibility in 1978 to the present. Bob frequently writes and speaks on Continuing Legal Education.
Grant Scheiner
Grant Scheiner is from Houston. He is a former board member and executive board member of TCDLA. Grant is also a member of the Criminal Defense Lawyers Project and serves on several TCDLA committees. He is a frequent course director, writer and lecturer.
Grant is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a trained practitioner and instructor of standardized field sobriety testing. H-Texas Magazine consistently ranks Grant as one of "Houston's Top Lawyers." The American Trial Lawyers Association named him one of the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" in the State of Texas.
